Description
This patch makes the handling of the MIDI driver a bit more like in the other engines. This allows us to play the MIDI tracks through Adlib (and possibly through the MT-32 emulator as well, though I have no way of actually testing that).
Note that at least in Kyrandia 1 it looks like there are music tracks specifically written for Adlib. It'd probably be preferable to play them instead. Though until someone figures out how, this could still be a useful workaround.

As far as the future goes, the Adlib tracks will probably sound better. But until then, adlib fallback is a Good Thing(tm)
