Savegame path (game settings) cannot be set in v0.6.1

Description
When trying to set the path for the saved games in the game settings dlg it always is overridden with the 'extra path'. Seems to be one of the good old copy & paste bugs. ;-)
Result: Cannot set the path for savegames using the gui. Gui cannot be used to set anything game specific at all because the path always will be overridden.
Possible workaround (till next release) might be to set the extra path to the desired location. Should work (didn't verify this).
Fixed and added fixed file launcher.cpp.
