GUI: Normal Scale on OpenGL fails

When I tried to run COMI on "ScummVMGL.exe", I
found that the normal scale (which I set
in "ScummVM.ini") uses 2x filtering from the graphics
card. This can be annoying for some games where the
2x scaling makes it difficult to run the game, ie COMI.
When I ran COMI, it also deployed the SDL Parachute. I
am unsure as to whether it was due to the 2x scaling of
the graphics card, as the latest daily build (May 31) had
a corrupt "ScummVMGL.exe" within it. I am trying to
download it again to see if it was just a downloading
error, but I think the error was during compiling it.
