Make Debian CVS target produce "good" filenames

Description
Hi,
when building Debian packages with "make deb" the filename and Debian version is generated automatically in debian/prepare. However, this is broken ATM. This little patch fixes this. The generated version is like this: <Version from base/main.cpp><current date>, e.G. 0.5.5cvs20031116
