Description
This adds adlib sound for loom (and removes PCjr sound). Like indy3vga it doesn't have sound effects supported. Therefore it is meant as demonstration only, it is not meant to be applied to current CVS.

An updated patch with work in progess adlib sound effects support included has been added to patch tracker as #770862. So closing this old patch.
