EGA LOOM: Bypassing the copy protection

Since the LucasArts Classic Adventures collection
doesn't include enough information to get past the EGA
Loom copy protection screen (the original interpreter
doesn't show this screen), here's one way to get
ScummVM past it.
We do this for quite a lot of games now, so we should
probably make a note about it in the README or
something, explaining what we do, and why we do it for
some games but not (I think) for all.
