Iterating over actors

Ok, this is *completely* untested but it makes sense to
me. When rewriting gfxUsageBits it looks like I
accidentally made a few references to actor 0.
I don't know what visible problems this caused, if any,
but this should fix it, and also gets rid of
getFirstActor() in the process.
