FT: missing sound effects (semi-working)

It appears that several sound effects in Full Throttle
are keyed to certain animations, e.g. in the beginning
when the bartender is shaking your keys. Currently
ScummVM doesn't play these, even though there is code
in akos_increaseAnim() to handle them.
This patch is an attempt to enable the sounds, but it
isn't working quite as well as I was hoping yet. It's
playing the right sound effects (I think), but only
after a slight delay. Does anyone have any ideas what's
