Description
Make the MP3 sound a bit louder, but still not saturate (hopefully) - it's noticeable in Indiana Jones 4 where the sound is a bit too low
adding this as a patch to leave it to the appreciation of the listener :)

Of course this also increases the likelihood of saturating the audio output... Oh well, we'll see when the bug reports come in :-)
