Music tempo tuning

(This may need some discussion. Please don't apply
This patch increases the default MIDI temo and
decreases the default AdLib tempo to improve the sync
for Conroy's song in Sam & Max. My goal has been to
make the animation of the singing animal heads in the
background look right.
Can anyone see any reason not to use these tempos as
default for all games? I've never heard what the
originals sounded like, so I can't really judge what
sounds right or wrong, but it doesn't make that much of
a difference I think.
Oh, and I forgot to update the USAGE_STRING in
gameDetector.cpp, so that one still lists the current
