SIMON: Sound bugfix

The Simon games have problems with sounds interrupting
each other. I'm not at all sure that this patch will
completely prevent that, but it should at least make it
much less likely to happen.
I've only tested it in Simon 2, where it makes some
difference at the beginning of the intro and a lot of
difference at the Insane Society, but I see no reason
why it wouldn't work for Simon 1 as well.
