This patch should fix a sound bug that was probably introduced by patch #608226. (So it's all my fault, really. :-)
One way to trigger the bug is at the Dinosaur Bungie memorial in Sam & Max. If you push the button to make Rex speak, while he's already speaking, he will start over from the beginning, but the old sound isn't turned off before the new one starts.
Of course, according to bug #556558, Rex should just stop talking, not start over again. I'm still looking into that one.
