Description
I have enhanced the extract.c file to have more control over LAME since the default settings make the speech sound rather dully for me.
The script is able to variably change some LAME parameters (e.g. max/min bitrate; quality setting). This can be done by adding some command line parameters to extract.exe. If extract.exe is executed without any parameters a help dialog is shown.
NOTE: The default settings are already tweaked. The resulting .SO3 file is a bit larger though.
