Description
A patch adding keyboard shortcuts for the OPTIONS_DIALOG. included in this patch is the patch of chuzwuzza adding keyboard shortcuts to SAVELOAD_DIALOG. The shortcuts added are: s or S for Sound. k or K for Keys. a or A for About. (plus the ones in the original patch)
Also included is a documentation update (including the previous patch for the readme.txt).

Something similar to this will be added, but instead I would prefer to add a new 'hotkey' field to the widgets instead of hardcoding values like this.
I'll investigate, if nobody else wants to.
