program to de-archive mac scumm files

Description

little program i wrote to extract the scumm files (*.00?, monster.sou, and whatever else) from the data files used by later mac games.

this has been tested with ftp://ftp.lucasarts.com/demos/mac/samdemo.sea.bin only

any feedback would be good.
