Description

This patch removes the 'hardcoded' limit of actors and resource types by using a define and an enum.

this patch seems to result in my Full Throttle code to not work anymore, so don't apply this to current cvs. It needs checking why it behaves strangely. (I reverted it for now in order to go on with my FT research)
