Description

Adds pause to keyboard commands. Hit control-p to pause and any key to continue.

To Do: Indicate in the Scumm window that you are in
pause mode.

Potential Bugs: If a sound is playing during pause. The sound
plays until completion. This might break the
lip synch.

I will add another method for pausing which is like the one in the original scumm, in a little while.

err... correct me if i'm wrong but can't you pause using the Space-key? so this patch is very unusefull.
