SCI: Add option to hear MIDI sfx instead of digital

Description
I don't know if it's been added to the tracker yet or not, I couldn't find it. I'd like to see a checkbox in the GUI to disable digital sound effects for playing the MIDI equivalents instead. Many (but not all, admittedly) of the digital sound effects in SCI games are merely low quality recordings of MT-32 sound effects which sound much better coming out of an actual MT-32 for the people who own one. Or it would just be nice if somebody wanted to listen to the Adlib MIDI equivalents in Adlib music mode. It's been suggested that one check the Mixed Adlib/MIDI checkbox in the MIDI tab but this does not work.
