Description
ScummVM 1.0.0rc1 (2009-08-31) added an experimental AdLib emulator from DOSBox. However, this seems to be the older emulator from versions up to DOSBox 0.72.
Starting from DOSBox 0.73, there is a new AdLib emulation core that sounds much closer to a real OPL chip.

We actually changed to the other new DOSBox OPL emulator you are talking about already in our trunk. It will be included in official releases from the next minor release on (i.e. 1.2.0).
Actually back in the days the emulator we chose was better sound wise, but nowadays the current one is fine too.
