GUI: Mute All disable volume sliders

Description
On the Volume tab I would make the Mute All check box disable the volume sliders. If selected there is not much sense to modify the volumes.

Implemented, though behavior of the checkboxws being disabled is a bit inconsistent. In GMM they're correctly get disabled, but in the option dialog the filled-in part of the slider disappears.
