GUI: Scrolling TextWidget for displaying Help texts etc.

Description
It would be nice to have a TextWidget. You know, a rectangular widget that can show arbitrary text, does line wrapping, and provides a vertical scrollbar so that you can present long text to the user. Like help texts (which would allow us to improve the "Help" dialog in the SCUMM engine), or even (excerpts of) the README.

We now have ContainerWidget, thus, it is possible to display taller widgets.
