GUI: In Load dialog, move 'Delete' button away from 'Load'

Description
Using latest svn.
Since The 'Delete' button has "destructive" behavior, it should not be positioned right next to the 'Load' button.
Both buttons at the lower right, and the user could absent-mindedly click 'Delete' while aiming for the 'Load' button.
I suggest the lower left as a "safer" position for 'Delete'.

After GSoC 2008 GUI merge this changed. Now Delete is moved a bit left of "Cancel".
Lower left is IMHO a pretty bad spot to place it, since it would be hard to notice there.
