PS2 Port: Screen Centering

Description
Create a Screen Centering settings at Video options because when playing, sometimes happens that you can't read/view something that is in the bottom or the top of the TV screen cause it gets cutted.
And Or maybe a way to stretch the screen to a specific size/resolution.

The PS2 port was removed in ScummVM v2.2.0.
