Description
On the actual revision of scummvm (svn 30831) the analog nub movement on the psp doesn't reset the screen to full brightness when in power saving state. It would be nice to having it reset the screen to normal brightness.

I just found out that the problem arises only when scummvm is used on kernels 3.XX, when used on a 1.50 kernel (or loaded as a 1.50 hb on a Custom Firmware) the problem doesn't present, as the analog movement resets the screen brightness.

The resetting of the dim timer is actually handled "automatically" on button-press by the firmware as far as I know. For some reason the analog nub is excluded from this. I think most games just explicitly reset it when there's some analog movement, and it shouldn't be too hard for us to do the same... I will look into this as time permits.
In the meantime, you can, of course, disable dimming in the system settings of your PSP (prior to running ScummVM). :)
