Remove the /dists/msvc6 folder

Description
The MSVC6 project files haven't been updated for very long now, and it's doubtful whether ScummVM can even be compiled under MSVC6 anymore. They are too different from the MSVC7+ files, so there's no easy way to generate them automatically like the project files of the newer MSVC versions. Unless we decide to use a specialized tool that can auto-generate these files, and unless someone that actually uses MSVC6 comes to test compilation, I doubt that the current files will be of any use to anyone, so I propose to either remove all the files in the /dist/msvc6 folder or put a README in the folder saying that the files in it are now very old and untested
