iPhone: Add support for arrow keys

Description
The iPhone soft keyboard doesn't have arrow keys, so controlling certain games is a bit tough, especially the Kings Quest and Space Quest series. It doesn't appear that the left/right or up/down swipe input methods are in use, so that might be a good way to implement them.
