GUI: Add "reset to default" for paths in the options dialog

Description
In the options GUI window there should be a button that allows one to reset the path to its default value.
Additionally, there should also be a "Show hidden files" checkbox. In linux, a hidden folder is used to save files and currently it's impossible to reassign it in case it was changed.

In those cases the default would be "None", wouldn't it? We could label the button "Clear" then, of course.

Both requests (clear button and option to show hidden files) are now implemented, and have been for a while.

There aren't default Extra/Save/Theme paths in all ports, which could make a 'Reset to Default' button confusing in those cases.
