GUI: Add autosave period widgets

Description
Currently autosave_period is configurable only via manual editing of .ini file. Add that to command line and to GUI. Misc Tab in global options.

Possibly as a popup, offering only a limited set of options: Never, 5, 10, 15, 30.... Otherwise, we'll need two controls: An edit field for a numer, and a checkbox "Turn autosave off". *or* a help text next to the input field that explains that 0 can be used to turn off autosave.
From a usability point of view, I prefer the popup.
