SAM: A couple of "problems" in Bumpusville

Description

The security ray in the room where Bruno and Trixie are (were) held prisoners looks weird, I don't think it should look like that, especially in the ends. (savegame attached)

When Sam walks through the ray, you then see the house from the outside and there's much punching and crashing, and Sam and Max say things like "Ouch", "that was hard" and that kind of things. The problem is, when they speak you can see their heads briefly through the windows... I don't remember this happening with the original interpreter, but I could be wrong.

If it's the colour on the security ray that's wrong, it could be the same bug as #651077 ("SAM: Bad Colors in first Room"). Which is probably also behind the problem (I'm told) with the tank in the Hall of Oddities having the wrong colour.

When Lee Harvey is pummelling Sam and Max senseless before tossing them out, you're supposed to see their heads in various windows, at a very small scale (scaled to the house).

OK, so the heads behind the windows are normal, they just looked odd to me...

About the security ray, I've attached a screenshot, it has a weird color (that yellow doesn't look like it should be there) and it's transparent at the lower end. Additionaly, you can see here a black vertical line I get with OpenGL smoothing (Alt+Ctrl+1 with OpenGL backend), is this line normal?

Another problem I've found: When Max is in the "dunk the beast" and Sam finally arranges the alligators, the text said by Sam is shaded by the "aquarium", I think it shouldn't.

Hmmm. It looks like the part of the beam shaded by the column is fine--green with pixelybits--but the not-shaded part is wrong.

ok eriktorbjorn's patch fixed the transparency issue with the beam, so this can probably be closed. I'm submitting a new bug report for the issue that a corner-shaped piece of the beam is missing, but its a comparatively minor bug.
