WINCE: MI2 can't change panel in copy protection

Description

ScummVM version: 0.9.0a When I start MI2 the first screen is the copy protection. The game automatically switches to the keyboard panel, but when I want to switch panels with clicking on the top of the screen, the panel doesn't change, so I'm unable to quit ScummVM until I enter the game. The next screen, the light version selection, shows the same behavior.

OK it may not be 'correct' to force the panel upon the user. This is more a preference/feature request than bug - you just can't quit at that point.

Would it maybe be possible / desirable / helpful to add a "quit" button to this "keyboard panel" thingy ?

IIRC, the kSetFeatureState mechanism forces the virtual keyboard to be displayed in this case. This is handled in exaggeration, as the keyboard is literally forced to be displayed, e.g. the user cannot flip between normal panel (which has a quit functionality), keyboard, or none. So, yes, we can do this, it's just that that part of the code is fragile :-)

The user can cycle through the toolbar normally in forced keyboard situations. This has been fixed by way of r29498 & r29495. Thank you for your report.
