WINCE: no default landscape mode on Windows Mobile SE

Description
I use ScummVM 0.8.2 and have a Qtek S100 device that supports switching to landscape mode. ScummVM's start screen where the games can be configured starts in portrait mode, even though that landscape mode is supported later in the game. There's no possibility to switch to landscape mode. It would be good if the configure screen would start in landscape mode, too, if the mode is supported by the device.

The Windows CE port was removed in commit f2b9f7bb76c041825bef1dcee3abf17d923898da. As such, this issue can now be closed.
