Support for Apple II and CDTV.

Support for the Apple II versions of Maniac Mansion (ENGLISH/APPLE II) and Zak McKracken (ENGLISH/APPLE II), and the CDTV versions of Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (ENGLISH/CDTV) and The Secret of Monkey Island (ENGLISH/CDTV).

As far as I know, the CDTV versions of Indy3 and Loom just include the disk releases of the Amiga versions. If you know of specific issues with the CDTV versions, please list the details.

Besides what Kirben already said, it's a matter of getting (legal!) access to those game versions...

Apple II has been in our TODO for ages, so no point to duplicate it here. As of CDTV, I'm putting this to Pending in a hope that original requester will give more information.
