Description
I have seen this feature in VLC and Dscaler. Would be nice to see it in ScummVM when it runs in windowed mode.

The request is for an 'Always on Top' option, to keep the ScummVM window on top of all others programs. But I really don't see the need for this feature, since ScummVM it used to play games, not watch games. Although there are a few non-interactive demos...

About WinXP, the Scummvm window is always on top of all other windows, you cant move another window over it.

I don't think SDL even has support for making windows stay always on top. But I could be wrong about that.
