BS1: Add support for enter key in save game dialog

Description

In the save game dialog for Broken Sword 2, you can
save the game by selecting the slot, typing in a name
and pressing the enter key.

This doesn't work for the save game dialog in Broken
Sword 1. Instead of just pressing enter, you always
have to click on the "Save" button to save the game.

It's kind of annoying to use the mouse after typing in
the save game name.

Could someone look into it?

Just to make sure it isn't a problem on my end, I
tested it with the latest CVS version (August 20 2005
09:40:26), using both the english and german version of
Broken Sword 1, both from the Sold Out line (called Red
Fly in Germany).

Just thought that something that worked in the original game
and now doesn't would be a bug, not a feature request, sorry.

Should be fixed in CVS now. In fact, all the dialog windows
should react to "Enter" and "Escape" in what I hope is a
sensible manner.
