SCUMM: Allow deleting savegames from within ScummVM

Description
feature suggestions for the ScummVM UI
- a timestamp to the savegame in the save/load screen should be added, perhaps right below the screenshot of the game scene; something like "Savegame created on dd.mm.yyyy / hh.mm". - A counter for the total playing time of the game would be nice. - possibility to delete savegames from within the save/ load dialog

The first two have been implemented in CVS now, via patch #1259034.
The last one is still open for now, as portability issues are involved.

maybe i will take a look at this in the next week, i think it shouldn't be to hard to implement, or does anybody think that it would be only wasted code/time?
