Allow return to Launcher from games

Description
I noticed that there seems to be no way to return to the launcher once a game has been started/launched (all the ways of exiting cause the whole ScummVM application to close). If the structure of ScummVM would allow it without extensive rework, it would be a lot more user-friendly to be able to exit from a game back to the launcher and start a different game without having to restart the application from the OS.
I should mention that I've only spent a significant amount of time using the Win32 port of ScummVM, so I don't know whether this applies to any other platforms.

This has been in our TODO list for ages and even we have an unsuccessful attempt to do it. But it appeared that it requires a lot of work so we decided to postpone it. Though patches are welcome.
