Support Broken Sword 1 demo

Description
Add support for Broken Sword 1 demo. There is no support for the speech (COWS.MAD). There seems to be script differences. Some examples: Locks up when when Police should approach George. Waitress has an odd response after first Yes/No question. Conversation topic icons have no effect and unable to leave a conversation.

Unchanged, there are script differences in demo and we still don't support the speech format.

I remember there were some commits recently to suppord demo version. Did status of this item hence changed?

No change, I only commited a small change awhile back to add some basic speech support for demo.
