exact MT-32 emulation

Description
This is supposed to be a real hardware emulation the way ScummVM already does with Adlib. Hence emulate the whole thing with all the nice suff like sample uploads, synthese etc.!

Also there is no open-source MT32 emulator in existance that I know of. I know several people who have, and are, trying to do so.. however it is extremely complex and certainly not something I want in ScummVM.

I think wave table data for MT32 alone would be many megabytes. IMHO this goes far over the scope of ScummVM: Maybe if some 3rd party develops such a thing, and releases it under a suitable license, we'll integrate it. But I don't see this happen as part of ScummVM.
