Description
Adding support for 2xSaI or Eagle filters (like Zsnes) would be a kind neat feature. http://elektron.et.tudelft.nl/~dalikifa/

As Lax said, 2xSai has been in for quite some time.
Yesterday all the stability and graphical problems were fixed, so they are ready to use now. Please see readme.txt in the latest CVS for details.

Ender has added support for filters. But, at this time, they are still pretty unstable. Once more progress has been made on game compatability we will come back to working on the filters.
Side note: if anyone wants to submit a patch to improve stability feel free to do so. (In fact, we want your help. :-) )
