Description
According to bug [ #477877 ] Atlantis and Monkey1 crash on startup:
ScummVM does not work with Monkey 1 floppy version, the CD version is required.
Is there anyone working on floppy version support. If not, is there information available that I could use to implement this support myself?

I can say that adding support for the 16 color version of Monkey Island, would be a very cool feature, also because only this version of Monkey Island was translated in foreign language, such spanish, italian and so on. The same thing for Indiana Jones and tha Last Crusade. Bye

Basic support for older scumm games is currently being worked on, including support for floppy versions.

Well, there is a lot of versions of Monkey Island 1. But all the floppy disk versions were made to work on Scumm V4 and ScummVM just support V5 and V6 for now. Adding support for V2-V4 require to recode most of the resource loading system, add support for 16 color backgrounds decompression and support for early Costumes.
