#7029 closed defect (fixed)
BUILDBOT: Daily Win64 nightly not being updated

Description
I normally download a daily Win64 build from the website page http://buildbot.scummvm.org/builds.html and run it on my Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit machine. This procedure has worked fine for ages.
But I do not believe that particular build has been updated since February 7, as every download since then I keep on finding the same folder, namely, mingw-64-master-1b21b8b9 dated 07/02/16 13:54.
Furthermore, if you look at bug #7024 (one that I am trying to test and was closed-fixed over a day ago), the correction has yet to appear in a daily build.
That is further evidence to me that the build is not being updated at the moment.

One other point about the build I am downloading that I find unusual is its time 13:54. For as long as I can remember, the builds I normally download are made usually early in the morning UK time, say 04:00.
Perhaps, something out of the ordinary happened that day.
