Description
On my Roland SC-50 (via UM-ONE) there is a note that 'sticks' during the MIDI track that plays in Rouen (start of game). When selecting any other device for midi playback (MS synth or Creative X-Fi synth) the issue is not there, or at least not audible.
Please check attached recording from 00:54 to 02:02.
Could be a problem with the original game as well, but I have no way to verify.
- Touché English CD version
- W7x64
- ScummVM 1.7.0 and 1.8.0git4810-gb8caa07
Ticket imported from: bugs/6949.

Note:
See TracTickets
for help on using tickets.

since rouen is right at the beginning and skipping the intro makes it immediately available i tried this with 2026.1 (linux), UM-ONE connected Yamaha MU2000R and i was not able to hear any hanging notes.
midi music plays perfectly fine for me.
there have been lots of additions and bug fixes (also in the midi code) since this ticket was created.
maybe someone (op?) with a sc-50 can double check?
just asking if this is ripe for closing?
