Description

I removed the scarf, talked with Wiggins and then I found scarf again behind Wiggins, removed it and second Wiggins came. I have screenshot, but I can't to replicate it after loading from previous savegame.

Do you have a handy savegame from before this happened. It may aid in replicating the problem.
