Description
ScummVM 1.8.0git1510-g244da22 (Nov 17 2014 23:14:01) Features compiled in: TAINTED Vorbis FLAC MP3 RGB zLib MPEG2 FluidSynth Theora A AC FreeType2 JPEG PNG (Win32 daily build)
On adding the Living Books games "Stellaluna" and "Just Grandma and Me" (v1.12 based on SETUP.EXE) I get the message... "ScummVM could not find any games in the directory". The files from the CDROM were copied, in full, to their own respective folders. We also manually changed the game EXE to Win95 compatibility with 256 (8-bit) color amd 640x480 resolution. This sometimes works and sometimes does not work in getting the game to play (properly) without ScummVM, but we were hoping ScummVM could solve the continuity problems. Actual steps, beyond these, to get ScummVM to error are just installing ScummVM and attempting to add the games. The logs are below:
.
The game in 'C:\Program Files\Grandma\' seems to be unknown. Please, report the follownig data to the ScummVM team along with name of the game you tried to add and its version/language/etc.: {"outline", 0, "33074daec5263ba209abcce3ee60ee38", 1529},
The game in 'C:\Program Files\Stellaluna\' seems to be unknown. Please, report the follownig data to the ScummVM team along with name of the game you tried to add and its version/language/etc.: {"STELLA.LB", 0, "ff8ae44b52fb19f039e82730f6a1bb51" 4337},
.

Apologies for the slow response. I've had issues with accessing my SourceForge account (didn't realize usernames were case sensitive).
Unfortunately we no longer own the source disc. The files have long since been saved/extracted (but MD5 checked) from various images on Children PCs (I work for a public library). I think the CD disc face looked like example #2 from the link provided, but I cannot be 100% certain.

Detection entries for these two games have been added to the Mohawk engine by commit 444884f9aca7cd138747bb78d3fd51d888deba78 .
@SF/brendonkoz: If you could test with these and confirm if these work correctly.
Am going to set bug status to pending. If no further update is made within 30 days, this should be closed pending any further updates.

Since the bug submitter is unresponsive, am going to close this as fixed.
@SF/brendonkoz: If you do get a chance to test with these, feel free to update this bug.
BrendonKoz: Thank you for your bug report.
Those messages are warnings that the game is being detected as a Living Book game, but it is not a version that we have listed in the detection entries.
This can occur if the game data has been damaged i.e. defective media, but it is more likely to just be a version which the developers do not have a copy of... thus odd things could happen during the game as it probably hasn't been tested with much.
Could you provide details to help our developers locate a copy of this version in future i.e. which cover etc.: http://www.mobygames.com/game/just-grandma-and-me/cover-art
