In the scene with the well, place ego to the bottom left and then click on the path to let her go upwards.
Once she turns up around facing the exit, the sprite border can be seen on the left of ego.
Looks like as if the sprite rectangle is shifted to the right one pixel.

No save state as the game is (unfortunately) rather short, you can reach the point by going right in the starting screen
