To process your bug report appropriately, we need you to provide the following additional information:

* ScummVM version (scummvm -v) * Bug details, including instructions on reproducing it * Language of game (English, German, etc) * Version of game (Talkie, Floppy...) * Platform and Compiler (Win32, Linux, MacOS, etc) * Attach a save game if possible * If this bug only occurred recently, please note the last version without the bug, and the first version including the bug. That way we can fix it quicker by looking at the changes made.

This should only take you a little time but will make it much easier for us to process your bug report in a way that satisfies both you and us.

Thank you for your support!

Does this still occur with latest CVS?

I don't have a version of DOTT with copy protection, so I can't test this myself...

Yes, the bug is not fixed with the english or german version... LOG (german): >Using joystick: 4-Tasten-Gamepad >Looking for tentacle >Trying to start game 'Day Of The Tentacle', version 6.4.2 >Allocated 200 space in numObjects >WARNING: o6_roomops:180: partially unimplemented!

Perhaps the warning has something to do with the graphic bug - don't know about that. If you need a detailed logfile contact me again.

Hi Endy, maybe you got any disassembly on that function?

Apparently this is one of the cases where the game makes a temporary save; my guess is that loading that save somehow causes the corruption... however I can't do anything about this: my version of DOTT has no copy protection..

What is the status of this item?

ScummVM 0.5.3cvs (Sep 10 2003 13:52:52) Windows 2000 Day of the Tentacle (English floppy)

The bug is fixed in the last daily cvs I tested.

Though there are still some Debug Messages, the text is in the right place.

Debug (without any options): >WARNING: o6_roomops:180: partially unimplemented! >WARNING: o6_roomops:180: partially unimplemented! >WARNING: o6_roomops:180: partially unimplemented!

(tried to close the item, do or don't ?)
