Description
ScummVM 1.7.0git (Aug 18 2013 16:33:23) Features compiled in: Vorbis FLAC MP3 RGB zLib MPEG2 Theora AAC FreeType2
1) Set a specific music volume (i.e. half of the slider) in the launcher through "Edit Game" 2) Start the game or load a save state --> The music will start with maxed volume which is wrong 3) Press F1 and choose Sound options 4) Click on the knob for music volume (which will be correctly set to about the half of the slider) and move it --> Only on the first change of the knob the music volume will skip down to the set volume, which is not how it should work.
The PSX version on a real console, of course, respects the set volume from a save state
Discworld (CD/Playstation/English)
AmigaOS4 - PPC -SDL - BE gcc (GCC) 4.2.4 (adtools build 20090118)

This particular behaviour has been fixed in the meantime.
Sound settings are properly read in and work from the start
Thanks a lot

Are you referring to the sounds during the logo screens?
