Description
When the game starts there's a text prompt of "Arizona 1866" that is not displayed unless "Text = On". In the original game it is displayed whether the Text is on or off.
It's a minor bug but I guess the text label is being treated as a subtitle.

Perhaps a less minor bug than originally considered.
This also affects the map (when on the train trolley). Without "text" On you do not see the labels of the locations you are able to stop at.
