q1t: This looks like a palette bug, probably in SDL on OSX. 1. Could you confirm if this occurs with the v1.4.0 stable release? 2. Are you building your own v1.5.0git builds or using prebuilt daily builds from here: http://www.scummvm.org/downloads/#daily
It should be noted that OSX Lion has a number of changes breaking SDL which this may be linked to...

SDL v1.2.15 has now been released, which may fix this issue.
However, since the bug submitter is unresponsive, and no other OSX users have replicated, this may be an invalid bug. Without further information, testing or replication, it is not possible to progress this, so I am going to set this bug to pending. Unless updated within 14 days, it will be automatically closed.
