BADA: Can't Save in DOTT

Reported by: SF/marijnt Owned by:

Description

Scummvm has recently been released for Samsung Bada! Great! I immediately installed Day of the Tentacle and it works great.

However, I cannot save my game. The Load Game feature therefore makes no sense. Please add a possibility to save my game.

Summary: No Save in badaBADA: Can't Save in DOTT

comment:2 by digitall, 13 years ago

Samsung BADA support has only just been added to the official source tree and has not been in any stable release so far, so we can only give basic support as this must be an unofficial build that we have had no QA control over. The official stable release downloads are here: http://www.scummvm.org/downloads/?p=downloads

Can you please give the following information to progress this bug: 1. Where you downloaded this version from? 2. The version string indicated on the launcher below the ScummVM logo. 3. In the SCUMM engine used for DOTT, the save/load dialog is accessed from F5. Can you try this and give a more detailed account of what exactly is stopping you saving? We will need greater detail beyond "I cannot save my game" to progress this bug.

Suspect this is likely a user misunderstanding as to where the Save dialog is in DOTT.

Setting this bug to pending. Unless the submitter responds within 14 days, this bug will be automatically closed.

Agreed; if this is the build on the Bada store, then F5 on the virtual keyboard (camera long press) should work fine, as documented.

Changing from "Pending" to "Closed" (which hasn't been done automatically, for some odd reason)
